Tube Extraction System – TP – Thick Walled Tubes

General Information

In heat exchanger construction it is a great advantage to be able to remove thick-walled tubes as quickly as possible from the tube sheet with little effort. The TP 80 was developed in order to be able to perform tube extraction work, especially of thick walled tubes (e.g. in vaporisers), quickly and conveniently with an extremely handy, mobile device.

Depending on the different tool and cylinder designs, various tube dimensions can be removed or pulled out from the expansion area in the tube sheet with the TP 80. The extremely low weights in particular make flexible, low-fatigue work possible.
