Tube End Facer TF 50

General Information

The TF 50 tube end facer is a tool for manually cutting to length projecting tubes at the tube sheet and is mounted by means of a Morse taper, a square or a hexagon on a drive machine having a suitable rotary speed and sufficient torque. The cutter is centered inside the tube when cutting by a guide sleeve adapted to the internal diameter of the tube. An adjustable stop bell, which braces itself against the tube sheet when the set cutting depth is reached, ensures the repeatable cutting to length of tubes at the tube sheet. Guide pin, guide sleeve, cutter and stop bell are exchangeable, making the TF 50 tube end facer a versatile tool.
