TS 875
General Information
The TS 875 is an open welding head. It is designed for cold wire TIG orbital welding for tube-to-plate with or without filler wire.
The TS 875 head is designed for welding tubes having a 7 mm ID to a 75 mm OD. The head is inserted and centered in the tube by means of a centering shaft. The head is stationary during the welding operation. The torch turns around the tube.
The TS 875 welding head offers numerous possibilities. Several tools and options are available for welding all types of applications.
With its cutting edge design, it is compact and ergonomic thereby facilitating its use. A double handle provides onboard controls for clamping and welding. The wire adjustments and standoff legs are simplified.
It is equipped with AVC (Arc Voltage Control) as standard. It comes with an onboard filler wire feeder or a rotating wire feeder and can be coupled with a Polyfi l-3 type external feeder.
Owing to its on board pneumatic clamping feature, an operator can use several heads simultaneously.
