TOWERKLENE SAF-T-22

General Information

TOWERKLENE SAF-T-22 (formerly LS-T-460) is a versatile, concentrated aqueous cleaning solution
formulated for use in immersion/soak applications. TOWERKLENE SAF-T-22 is completely safe for
use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is a neutral pH cleaner making it very safe to use by operating
personnel. In some cases disposal will be less costly since the pH does not need to be neutralized.
TOWERKLENE SAF-T-22 stays very clean in use and will typically double the washer sump life.

USAGE

TOWERKLENE SAF-T-22 is typically used at concentrations of 3% - 15% and at operating
temperatures between 130ºF and 160ºF. It provides in-process rust protection if not rinsed from the
parts. Parts that are cleaned with TOWERKLENE SAF-T-22 and then rinsed should be coated with a
water displacing rust preventive such as RUSTBEAT 298 for extended corrosion protection.
