The TCC-45 EF8 is a heavy duty chipless tube cutting station with integrated hydraulic endforming.
TCC-45 EF8 has been designed for automatic chipless rotary cutting, grooving and endforming. All three operations are made simultaneously. This eliminates tube handling from cut-off machine to stand alone endformer. This means increased productivity, accuracy and quality. The system can be programmed for long production batch totally unmanned.
Machine is equipped with six forming stations that are capable of forming most standard forms with one set-up of tooling: beads, O-ring beads, flares, hose couplings, expansion, reduction, etc.
