The Tridan SEQ Qual-Ekon Vertical Mechanical Expander is a production proven multi-rod tube expander for plate fin heat expanders. Its design, construction, and performance features Provide the highest productivity with precise control of coil dimensions, maximum maintenance requirements.
Each Tridan Expander incorporated the design knowledge and workmanship of an organization intimately aware of the particular needs of such equipment. The Qual-Ekon Expander provides coil manufacturers with a lower cost alternative to conventional expanders. This is made possible by it unique design and the elimination of the final belling (sizing) of the tube ends. The elimination of this function reduces the hydraulic system requirements by one-half, when compared to a conventional expander.
