Tridan RLC75
General Information
The production application of the Model RLC75F-36-30-2 Fin Line is to provide a means of powering and controlling ribbon-type fin dies, and thereby allowing the efficient mass production of heat transfer-type plate fins.
The Model RLC75F-36-30-2 Volutron Fin Line is one of a family of three(3) Fin Lines built by TRIDAN for ribbon-type fin die applications. The other two are the Model RLB45F-33-22-2 Qual-Ekon Fin Line, which has a smaller die capacity than the RLC75F-36-30-2; and the Model HFP75-48-36 Fin Line,which is a state-of-the-art micro-processor control Fin Line for very large multi-progression fin dies.
The RLC-Series is designed primarily for use with the Model RDVS-type of Ribbon Fin Die, which employs TRIDAN's Self-Contained Pull-Type Feed-type Die Feeding System. The combination of the RDVS Fin Die and the RLB Fin Line has helped in eliminating the concept of "captive" dies within fin press, since coil manufacturers are able to use several Fin Dies in one Fin Line.
