Model 3790
The Wheeler-Rex Model 3790 Ratchet Cutter is the big brother to the 3590, has a larger capacity of 5/16 - 1-1/8" OD, but offers the same convenient features as the 3590.
General Information
For cutting 5/16"–1-1/8" copper, mild or stainless steel, thin wall PVC or CPVC pipe and tubing. Featuring strong metal construction and replaceable cutter wheel.
Tighten knob to engage the cutter wheel and begin ratcheting.
Continue to turn the knob to further engage the cutter wheel as needed.
