General Information

Model 2010 is an automated high production pipe grooving machine designed for use in the shop. Complete with a powered hydraulic system contained in the sturdy steel base, Model 2010 produces gently radiused grooves which do not reduce the strength or structural integrity of the pipe. The hydraulic system will deliver up to 8000 psi at the point of roll grooving. Pressure is adjustable to permit optimum grooving efficiency for each pipe wall thickness. After setting the Automatic Depth Stop, the operator pushes a "Start" button and watches as the Top Roller automatically rolls the groove to the pre-set depth. Actuating a pressure release control raises the hydraulic ram, permitting the operator to remove the pipe and check the groove. Model 2010 is shipped completely assembled with Rollers.
