MAG Tool can offer you a complete package for orbital welding applications.  The main ingredients to be successful as shown below with GTAW Fusion, no filler material on tubing sizes up to 1.500” OD. User competence on this simple system is typically very quick. We will assist in training and parameter development if required – fees may apply.

Primary applications are .25” - 1.5” OD Stainless Steel/Inconel tubing with max wall thickness of 3mm (heavier wall can be accommodated). 

We can also offer package bundles for larger pipe and wall thicknesses, carbon steel – duplex – hastelloy et al.  Also tube to tubesheet welding.
