INOX 140 is a newly developed saw blade for the best cutting results of stainless steel and acid proof pipe materials.

The blade is cutting edge technology from the world’s top blade engineers and in our cutting tests we were able to make over 100 cuts without re-sharpening the blade. The result is record-breaking compared to our other blades intended for cutting stainless steel. The test pipe was 169 OD, 3 mm wall thickness, 304L stainless.

The blade’s hard metal tip is optimal for working on hard materials and it leaves minimal burr on pipe end. The new technology also reduces chipping forces which provides better accuracy when blade is getting dull in work. This means less adjusting work and better results.

IINOX 140 THIN is a saw blade developed specifically for thin-walled ≤ 3 mm stainless steel & acid-proof steel pipes.

The blade’s teeth spacing is narrowed and is equipped with 56 teeth.

The quality and material composition is very similar to the regular INOX 140 saw blade providing the best performance in terms of pipe cut end result and blade life when cutting the most challenging stainless steel materials.

TCT P190 is a large saw blade intended for cutting of various plastic pipe materials, such as PP, PE, PVC etc.

TCT P blades are specifically designed for plastic pipe cutting. This blade type provides the most all-around cutting for soft and hard plastic materials.

Why? The blade teeth are larger than in typical TCT and the spacing is also larger, which allows more room for the larger plastic chunks, thus not clogging so easily while cutting.

The tips of blade are tungsten carbide tips for general use. The blade is long lasting on plastic pipe cutting application, but when the tips do start to become blunt, the blade can be sharpened to renew the sharpness. This can be done a few times over the blade’s total life cycle.

If you want to easen the plastic pipe cutting even further, we recommend to look at our optional extra blade guard, BGTVP, that is included with a vacuum connection slot.

Cut Bevel Blade: Blade is designed to cut and bevel plastic pipes in one process. The bevelling tips can be reversed when worn to obtain a new sharp cutting edge. There is also an upgrade kit available for the Cut Bevel blade. It contains one cutting blade and 8 pcs bevelling tips and the screws needed to fix this blade and tips to the blade body. This upgrade kit provides the operator with a Cut Bevel blade as good as new.
